Technical Details

  • Area: 6,5 Hectáreas.
  • Type: 100% Ondabarri Zuri grape.
  • Vineyard: Placed in Bilbao, in Arraiz mountainside.
  • Harvesting: It was done by hand on Septamber 28, using 15-kilo-boxes that were inmmediately taken to the winery.
  • Conduction: Grape wines elevated by trellis that duplicated the foliar surface to permit a better and more complete ripening of the grape.
